Whether you are a “simple” novice enthusiast or an aspiring chef, with my cooking courses you will learn the tricks of the trade from a professional Chef. I will put all my experience at your disposal and will follow you step by step in the creation of traditional dishes, with particular attention also to the choice of the right ingredients.

From the preparation of the ingredients to cooking, I will accompany you in the creation of a complete menu that we will then taste at the end of the course. Preparing and tasting what you have just cooked is the best way to learn and have fun together.

An experience to give as a gift or to treat yourself to, to do as a couple, with friends or with your loved ones but that you will surely remember.

TUSCNA COOKING CLASS

In this course we will prepare the main recipes of the Tuscan tradition such as Tripe, Peposo, Panzanella, Crostini with Chicken Livers and various types of pasta, always paying attention to the seasonality of the ingredients. At the end of the lesson we will eat what has been cooked.
