Welcome to my kitchen! I am Francesco Cusumano, a private chef with a passion for gastronomy that has its roots in the Sicilian culinary tradition, but has evolved thanks to the experience lived in the splendid Tuscany.
In my professional career I have had the opportunity to work with great Chefs thanks to whom I have refined techniques and learned secrets. The experiences in the kitchens of Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Trentino Alto Adige have allowed me to discover flavors and traditions that I still bring into my kitchen today.
My mission is to offer a unique culinary experience, combining typical traditional dishes with an innovative touch. Each dish I prepare tells a story, made of carefully selected ingredients to guarantee the highest quality and flavor. I firmly believe that cooking should be a complete sensory experience, capable of evoking emotions and memories.

Francesco Cusumano is your private chef in Tuscany, ready to transform every occasion into a unique culinary experience. I will be your Chef at home, creating personalized menus for intimate dinners and corporate events, preparing dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Also collaborating with accommodation facilities, I will offer a gourmet experience in the comfort of the guests’ apartments. Whether it is a full menu, a barbecue or a pizza dinner, I will let you enter my world by bringing it to your table.
I also collaborate with event catering, ensuring that weddings or other celebrations are enriched with delicious dishes.

Whether you are a “simple” novice enthusiast or an aspiring chef, with my cooking courses you will learn the tricks of the trade from a professional Chef. I will put all my experience at your disposal and will follow you step by step in the creation of traditional dishes, with particular attention also to the choice of the right ingredients.
From the preparation of the ingredients to cooking, I will accompany you in the creation of a complete menu that we will then taste at the end of the course. Preparing and tasting what you have just cooked is the best way to learn and have fun together.

From the creation of the menu and all aspects of the “food cost”, to the arrangements for the buffets; from the waiting or kitchen staff, to the rental for the most suitable “Mis en place”. Without forgetting the choice of wine or drinks.
I will help you find the right setting for every occasion, taking care of every little detail with particular attention, to ensure that guests can live an unforgettable experience.
